• SPS up to €500 – shipping €7

• Packeta dispensing point up to €500 – €5

• Orders over €500 – free shipping

• Personal collection in Košice – free, payment also possible in cash

Czech Republic:

• Package delivery to the address – €10

• Packeta dispensing point – €7

• Orders over €500 – free shipping

Other EU countries:

• Delivery via SPS – €15

Other countries of the world:

• Delivery by arrangement - contact us by email

Delivery time:

• Goods in stock: within 7 working days

• Made-to-order items: 21–28 business days

4. Customization

Atelier JANKIV also offers custom modifications according to customer requirements.
Prices and delivery times for custom modifications will be agreed individually.

5. Complaints and returns of goods

In the event of a defect or incorrect goods, it is possible to:

• • repair,

  • adjustment,

  • exchange for other goods.

Refunds are only possible in exceptional cases for serious reasons, after agreement with the seller.

The customer is obliged to check the condition of the goods upon receipt.

All orders are bound by confirmation and payment of the order via a payment gateway or bank transfer.
